I called two weeks and then a week ahead of my moving date to confirm the items to be donated plus a firm date of when the moving team would be there. I was told 10:30 on April second. When they didn't show, I called and they said there was no teams available to come and would call back with another option. I was working with a tight timeline and didn't have time to wait around for a alternative pickup. Unprofessional and poor communication. Now it's left upto to my old roommate still living there to deal with it which I didn't want to put on her shoulders. When a company says they will be there then they need to hold to it.

A Friend of mine called ahead a few days before her moving date and she phoned today of the 2nd of April and the persons she talked too were unreasonable and not on there game and unprofessional, If I could give a 0 star review I would. Shame on them !!

These movers are GREAT! They worked quickly and efficiently even though the temperatures were in the high 20s. They were very careful and conscientious, very polite and professional and friendly. Would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone!

Great condition and reasonably priced. They are very nice as well and even let me come in when they weren't officially open! Will be coming back and will be recommending!
