This is the worst law firm I have ever (attempted) to work with!! Months and months after our intake interview to get our wills done- never heard back, never a returned call, and even nothing after stopping into the office on multiple occasions. Absolutely ridiculous!

I used him on a real-estate deal several years back and he was good. I tried to use him for 3 simple contracts last year and the experience was dismal. These should have taken a paralegal an afternoon. After 2 months with zero communication I started leaving messages which were never returned. After physically going to the office twice and being assured it was being worked on... nothing . Not a single call back. Not one. After 6 months went in to collect my sensitive materials I'd originally left with them and was told they have to find it"somewhere upstairs". Never heard back! I'll be contacting the law society.

Two signing appointments cancelled, two missed closings on a sale, had to find a new lawyer and then was charged the entire amount in order that the trust funds would be released. The bill was the only timely thing that was received. The purchaser's lawyer received first communication two days after the 2nd missed closing. So disappointed, always want to support the local guy but stay away if you have a time sensitive issue. Complained to the Law Society and still nothing done. Communication was terrible, phone calls not returned, when I talked to a real person I was told to stop asking for updates over and over.

I have never left a bad review for anyone. But Iam very disappointed in the communication. We have waited patiently and still no response. I feel sorry for the staff answering the phones from upset customers.
