Matthew your tech while only being 18 as I asked him how old he was was a great and pleasant young man who came to my house for maintenance check. I asked his m and he told me how when he finished school and started into hvac work. He had gotten his licenses and finished courses but told me he is always still learning . It was nice to see a driven young man like him who explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. I hope he goes far and that he continues to work like he did for me that day. I called ServicePlus for an issue with an air exchanger. Technician Zackary was sent to my home the same day. From the first moment he arrived, he ( and his apprentice) was polite,courteous and respectful. They both went right to work on the issue explaining to me along the way everything they were doing. Zackary seems to be very knowledgeable and gave me lots of information on the operation of my systems. The issue was resolved and they also did the maintenance on my furnace when I mentioned it too would have to be done soon. Very pleased with the service. Will definitely use Service Plus for any future HVAC needs.
