I had a very good experience with Sheridan Computers. They didn't respond to my online request for information, but if you go to their store, they are very responsive. Needed the back of my iPhone replaced. They were very reasonably prices and able to fix the same day, as long as you drop off by 11am. Would highly recommend them.

I had a very good experience with Sheridan Computers. My laptop had a cooling fan issue and they solved the problem quickly at a reasonable charge. Very honest and decent person to deal with. I would highly recommend this place for computer needs.

I've purchased a laptop back in September 2017 and I don't believe in writing a review until at least 6 months to give a real picture of the product and the business. I'm also not the one to write a strong review unless I believe the business deserves it.

First most, I'm very happy with my purchase. I got a great deal and have been very happy with the HP laptop. To date, it has given me no problems and I use it on a daily basis.

The salesperson (possibly the owner), sorry forgot his name, a young person, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions effectively and knew the product very well. I did not feel any pressure to buy it. Originally, my state of mind was to only go in and look, but I had to buy it as the deal was really good. I searched over Google and saw this store had the one the prices (even better than the big stores).

I just want to end by saying thank you for the great deal. I'll definitely recommend my friends and family to buy their next laptop here as the whole sales process from start to end was very positive.

DO NOT recommend going here… customer service is absolutely terrible. Bought a phone case and tempered glass screen protector here. The case itself came with a film screen protector in its description. However, when I got home to open the packaging, there was no film screen protector, just the case. I came back an hour later explaining my predicament and asked for the film screen protector. The staff wouldn’t give me what I paid for rationalizing, “Why would I give you this when you already purchased a tempered glass one.” Well… I PAID FOR IT. They only acquiesced after I brought my parents in to advocate for me. Buying a phone case should never be this tedious or cumbersome.

terrible store. the employee is very rude. super long wait times. the quality of the repairs are not even that good. The worst part is that if you look at the responses to the one star reviews, the owner speaks with such disrespect. This place does not have the “Customer is always right” policy. If a business listens to its own ego rather than the customer, then the business is bound to decline. If customers are complaining, FIX THE ISSUE. Stop retaliating and thinking it’s going to make them happy. Also, if you check this guys responses, he even sometimes make fun of customers English. What kind of business owners talks to people like this? Take your money elsewhere, any electronic repair store can outperform this place. It has been a while since I been to this place. i am writing a review now so the owner doesn’t reveal my sitautuon and embarrass me like he always does with other reviews .

Gave them a call to ask about a monitor they had posted on Kijiji, The guy was so careless about talking to me. I mentioned to him that Best Buy is selling the same monitor at a much cheaper price and all he said was OK. I ignored it and asked if he had anything in a lower price range, without even checking he said NO immediately. Terrible customer service would not recommend shopping here!

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Old man working is RUDE and doesn't have any customer service experience. His son is although nice.

Products are defective. Had to take phone in 3 times to get screen changed. Even after that, the son agreed to refund and the old man started arguing and saying "what the hell is this" "you are wrong" "you don't own a business" "go to other stores and see if they do this". Talked nonsense when I actually am a business owner and know what good customer service is. It's really sad to see this level of customer service these days.

Finally, they refunded me and said I couldn't get refund back on credit card b/c I don't have the receipt. I said give me cash minus the fee I don't care. He said he had "to pay tax on it". I said fine take 13% off. Gave me 87% refund ON MY CREDIT CARD. HOW? You tell me you can't refund the CC and then refund me the CC and still charge me 13%? What the what!?!!?

DO NOT GO HERE
