I just recently used Simcoe IT services to help me replace an old laptop that was beyond repair, Zach's quick responses and attention to detail in what I needed on my replacement in order to get my work done was top notch. We had Simcoe IT Solutions install a camera package that we won. Rob was great to deal with setting up the installation. The installation process was fantastic ( I can't remember the gentleman's name that installed) he was wonderful and explained everything to my husband. They helped set up the app on my phone. They go above and beyond.
