Pros- he repaired my IPad Pro 2nd generation 12.9” finally
Cons- he should mention repairing cost clearly initially with all possibilities.
When I went to him and mentioned that my iPad keeps on booting up and showing Apple logo- he looked at it and saw that one side of screen was popping out of place, so he said that the battery had inflated and had to be replaced due to overcharging and it would cost around $125- a couple days prior to me going, he said that he replaced the battery, but the problem was not solved, and there was something wrong with the motherboard, and it would cost another $120, then when i refused to repair it, he said that I would have to pay $80 for the new battery, which I thought was very unprofessional, he should diagnose the issue completely before doing anything else, I had to pay the full $240 to get it done. I would suggest telling him to diagnose the issue with your device before doing anything else.

My 2019 Macbook Pro completely blacked out while on vacation. When I brought it to apple, they told me I needed to replace the entire Logic Board, which would cost $1000+. I brought it here for a second opinion - to which we concluded the CPU needed to be replaced, along with wiring and minor components on the Logic Board (the entire board did NOT need to be replaced as per Apple’s recommendation)

These guys were honest and kept me updated as they tried to fix everything, and fixed mg computer for less than what Apple quoted me. As of now, it’s running as fast as when I purchased it in 2019. Thank you!
