J'avais de problèmes avec les freins arrières de mon auto.

J'ai expliqué au service de réparation que mon problème venait des freins arrières de mon auto et que je pensais que j'avais les freins saisis. Ils ont dit que ça me coûterait environ $120 à $150 pour y voir et environ une heure de travail.

Je suis revenue une heure et demie plus tard et ma voiture n'était toujours pas terminée. Ils m'ont dit que les problèmes étaient que les deux freins arrières était saisis et qu'ils ont dû re balancer les quatre roues alors que je leur avais dit de ne pas toucher aux roues de devant qu'elles étaient déjà balancées et que ce n'était que les deux roues arrières. Et que je savais qu'il-y-avais une seule roue n'était probablement pas balancé. Ils m'ont fait payer pour deux heures de travail et tout ce qu'ils m'ont fait et de rebalancer les quatre roues qui n'avaient pas besoin de l'être.

$250 plus tard j'ai toujours le même problème.

Great experience purchasing a new truck. Drove 4 hours to get to Madsen motors and everything was ready to sign and get back on the road. Was back on the road within a half hour.
