Fantastic shop with much more to offer than just Bubble Tea. I was in Pembroke for a weekend and this quickly became my go-to coffee spot. Great coffee from Fluid out of Almonte. I also had the sushi on Saturday and it was awesome. All of that being said everything I had from here was topped by the great service we received. My only complaint is that I don't live closer!

We absolutely loved our smoothies. I got the peachy keen my daughter got pumpkin patch. Delicious and came with a sugar cane straw. Price point for smoothie was a little high in relation to serving size but quality ingredients are not cheap. Definitely recommend and will return to try other menu items.

Quaint little bubble tea and coffee shop located on the main drag. Happy staff and very quick service. It is a must see location in Pembroke.

The place is very cute, gluten free and dairy/lactose free options are very much appreciated. The cookie I had was yummy. The drinks we ordered had a bit of a diluted taste, but overall still enjoyable. They sadly put dairy free milk and not oatmilk in my bubble tea, contrary to what I asked for. Another thing to note, is that even though the costumer service was polite, the cashier that served us seemed either annoyed or tired, no smiles were exchanged even though we were being nice. I understand having a hard day but I expected a more joyful encounter.

Went into Sip Stirs for a smoothie and Julie suggested the Creamy Colada and it was simply amazing! It was so delicious I forgot to take a pic until
It was almost empty! Thank you for bringing such an amazing business to Pembroke! Will definitely slip by again! Thanks for great service!

Bubble Tea in the valley?!?! What?!? Amazing.
Had the black milk tea with tapioca pearls (good starting place if you're new to bubble tea) Stepkids both got fruit smoothies with tapioca of some sort. Great service. Easy to read menu. Love it & will be back
Update: my family informed me they also bought loose leaf tea(s) and some other tea related items. I totally forgot to mention they serve 'regular' coffee & tea as well! Win:win

I bought a bubble tea at this place a couple times, it tasted really good and fresh. The problem is a terrible service by a young woman with light/red hair. Each time I went by the place, she made me feel unwelcome, gave me looks and just had an unpleasant attitude. Not planning to go back there.
