Ski Big 3 is awesome. We booked our family ski trip to Banff this year using Ski Big 3 not knowing what to expect. We decided to hire private instructors for our three days on the mountain to maximize our experience. This was the best decision we could have made. Brent our ski instructor, Carlo and Matt our Snowboard instructors were incredible. What amazing people and awesome professionals. I had not been skiing since 2013 when I broke my leg in 9 places attempting a blue run. When I arrived for our first day of skiing , I was terrified but having Brent there to help me along gave me the confidence I needed to get back out on the slopes. I can not thank him enough for this. Carlo taught our kids how to snowboard. They are still talking about how awesome he was. Matt picked up where Carlos left off. Again, amazing instructor. If you are on the fence about adding private instruction to your vacation, DO IT!! It will be so worth it! We will be back again! Thank You Ski Big 3!!

This organization is a total scam. I booked lodging with SkiBig3 and thought I had canceled well before the cancellation date because I had found a better deal with my Marriott points. When canceling, I called Canalta’s, the hotel I was booked with directly, and they made the cancellation. Nobody told me that there would be any problems. One week before my trip, I got an e-mail saying that I needed to cancel my trip with SkiBig3 since I had made the reservation through them. So, this shank organization gets $50 because I should have known that canceling directly with the hotel I was booked with was not standard protocol.

Our experience with Skibig3 was nothing short of perfection.
From Emma at the front desk who walked us through the rental process to the sweet team who sized us up and provided the right equipment. Everyone was patient, super friendly and very informative.
The best part, my family and I thought we would have to drag everything back and forth to our Hotel but thankfully they provided delivery and pick up which was a huge relief.
We also got 2 half-day, one-on-one instructor for my 10 year old daughter and I (beginner level), Ryan Orman. What a JOY and what a brilliant Professional. Ryan was able to calm our nerves and really take us step by step on how to command control and maneuver on the hills. He gave us so much confidence in our newly developed techniques to be able to go from BunnyHill to multiple Green Runs. Watching him with my daughter calmed my nerves and made me so proud of her developing skill set on the runs.

I spent a full 3 months receiving instruction for my level 1 and level 2 instructor qualifications and the instructors from SkiBig3 were the best and most informative I've ever had. Having only ever received lessons in France and Switzerland before, the level of detail instructors went into was game-changing. The ability for them to calmly and confidently help you with issues specific to your own skiing, whilst also helping you to be able to identify issues with others was invaluable in my time in Banff. I received an excellent mix of both private and group lessons from Darren, Jay, Mark, Jake and Charlie who were not only great skiers, but even lovelier people! This made it much more fun and enjoyable!

Really excellent customer service from the staff on the Toll Free phone number. Very friendly, patient, interested and willing to help. I was prepared for a bit of a battle over a refund, but they were just awesome. Just like they say, no hassles.

We had an excellent experience using SkiBig3 for rental equipment, lift tickets, and especially instruction. Carlo exceeded all expectations. I am a very nervous skier and my husband is more confident, though also fairly inexperienced. Carlo is adept at explaining exactly how to move such that you feel safe and confident on ice, packed snow, and fresh powder; whether the slopes are super busy or fairly relaxed. Carlo made me feel good about my ability to handle all the greens. He helped my husband improve in a more detailed way to help him become faster and more skilled.
