Love these guys! Can't say enough positive things about the service I received. Jamie really took his time to answer all of my questions, over several e-mails, as I flip flopped back and forth over the particular components that I considered using in my custom built PC. Extremely detailed responses that really helped me make my decisions, all upfront and before we even discussed build pricing. Even though my daughter's cell phone couldn't/wouldn't download that app; he was able to help me on the phone trying to export camera footage that I needed to get off my system before it was TOO LATE! I have had excellent service from Skyview. I first contacted them in 2018 on recommendation of a friend who spoke highly of them. My hard drive had failed at that time. Recently my Microsoft Office which I had purchased in 2018 failed. Adam at Skyview worked with me remotely to solve the issue and offered a viable solution. All is well now. I will soon be purchasing a new laptop and plan on buying from Skyview. I trust their expertise.

We first went to Skyview Electronics 3 years ago when we had a problem with a computer keyboard. When we recently needed a new computer, we returned, remembering the excellent service we'd had at that time. Rodney spent a lot of time with us, giving us available options, answering our many questions, and explaining the technology in a way that was easy to understand.
Don't let the small shop mislead you! The customer service is outstanding, and the staff all went above and beyond the norm to provide us with an excellent product.
We would highly recommend Skyview to anyone, and will definitely return for any future computer needs.
