When we rented in Pembroke, Sleepwell was originally the property management that our landlord was using. Thankfully the landlord decided to change companies after two years. The new company was spectacular. When with Sleepwell, we never got our maintenance requests fulfilled in a timely manner. We spent one winter with a broken window that let cold air in since they took over 6 months to finally come and take a look at it. Michelle was horrible to communicate with. Anyone wanting to rent in Pembroke, I’d 120% avoid Sleepwell at all cost.

None of their employees respond, no one is at the office even on weekdays before 5. Left number of voice mails, emails, and still nothing. If you say you are a professional then act like one.

Michelle Vaillancourt is actively ignoring our calls and messages during our move out process. We did everything we could to fix our shortcomings as a Tennant (issues regarding our dog- we tried bark collar, medication, sound proofing) and finally we even decided to move out to not bother others yet Michelle won’t reply or communicate with us and when I met her in person to resolve this she began attacking me and blaming everything on us when we made every attempt to be professional. Truly unprofessional behaviour. Avoid at all costs. As your landlord she will actively ignore your calls and do nothing to help you.
