This is a strange one but I feel necessary to provide well rounded feedback. I emailed the owner about replacing the glass on my iPhone. No reply so I went in to see him. He did receive my email. He didn't have the right glass in stock so he promised to phone me when it was in for same day service. A week goes by. No contact. I email him again. Still no reply. Seems like he is not interested in doing business. A strange way to run his store.

Highly recommended! Dewan is very honest and definitely experienced in his field. My Google Pixel phone was ran over by a car, I thought it was completely destroyed. After this experience I will learn to backup my phone regularly which I didn't. So I had no choice but to find somewhere to get it fixed, and I found Dewan @ SM LaptopPoint. He suggested different options with the replacement parts, and surprisingly had the phone back to me Working Perfectly within a matter of days at a reasonable price! I am very impressed with his timely service considering I can tell he is also very busy! Anyone who has any trouble with their electronics, check with SM LaptopPoint first! I accidentally spilled coffee on my laptop and was worried it was beyond saving, but Mr. Ashraf at the repair shop was a lifesaver! He replaced my keyboard quickly and at a very reasonable price. His customer service was excellent—he was attentive and genuinely helpful throughout the process. On top of that, he even fixed an issue with my Wi-Fi that I had been struggling with. I recently used SM Laptop Repair services, and my overall experience was a mix of positives and negatives. On the positive side, the service was fast, and the technician I dealt with was polite throughout the process. However, there were some notable drawbacks that affected my experience.

The initial diagnosis provided over text messages turned out to be incorrect. This resulted in the unnecessary ordering of a new keyboard, which, as it turns out, was not needed in the first place. This error led to an unfortunate expenditure on my part, as well as additional, unnecessary trips to the repair shop.

While I appreciate the speedy service and the courteous attitude of the technician, the initial misdiagnosis and the subsequent inconvenience it caused left me somewhat dissatisfied with my overall experience with SM Laptop Repair. Improved accuracy in diagnostics would greatly enhance their service.

Overall, quick, honest and budget friendly. Also, there is no fees for checking and inspecting the probems which is a huge plus point for students.
