Smarter IT Services is a class act! My Law firm uses Smarter IT for all of our network and computer services. They have been a part of our team for many years. We have many staff who are not well rehearsed in Computers, and the technicians are patient and courteous at all times. All of the technicians are top notch. They are extremely knowledgeable in all facets of required IT needs for small and large businesses. Once we send a service ticket they are fast in responding. It is very rare that we have any significant down time, and if we do, it is usually due to another third-party service party. If they do not know how to fix something right off the bat, they will research the hell out of it in a timely manner and have us back up and running.
