I couldn’t believe how fast and friendly the service was here. It looked like a small and unassuming store in my local mall. Had to bring my daughter’s first phone in to fix the screen. She was soo excited to finally be getting a phone and the gentleman (Sam) at the store was so accommodating and friendly that she talked about it for days!! The phone was ready even earlier than promised and you can’t beat the prices here. I highly recommend this store and will definitely make this my go to and refer to my friends and colleagues. 👍🏽

My grandmother was looking for a new phone and suggest we stop by the mall to take a look at what Sam had. I personally had never been in the shop but had walked past a couple times while accompanying her for errands.

Now I'm a very skeptical guy and very protective of my grandmother as she's elderly of course and many people try to take advantage of seniors.

We are immediately greeted by Sam in such a joyous and uplifting manner and he brought out an amazing phone that fits her purposes perfectly as she goes between England and Jamaica and could use as a dual SIM phone.

Nothing too extravagant just a straight-up phone that works well with good build quality. Sam asked the right questions brought out the perfect phone right away. He included a beautiful high quality Case with an amazing screen protector which he applied perfectly and also a high quality charger.

On top of him being such a pleasant and just uplifting person to deal with the price on the phone was absolutely amazing and you know most salespeople generally will try to make the sale as expensive as possible and sell you something much more expensive than you need he didn't do that whatsoever and the phone was perfect for what she needed at an amazing price.

Really this is more review of Sam because honestly he was probably one of the most pleasant, genuine, straight up and honest people to deal with and being there totally made my day. We both walked out with smiles on our faces and that's a rare thing nowadays going anywhere. As a business person myself, I strive to treat customers exactly the way Sam treated myself and my grandmother today. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had going anywhere. He is truly a genuine guy and I would feel comfortable referring just about anyone to him just based on today's experience alone.

I've been to smart tech a couple of times now and its always a great experience. Sam(owner) always puts 100% into every problem I've taken and never disappoints. The prices are also very reasonable and the service is great as well. Sam’s also friendly and easy to talk to as well as his dad.

I highly recommend this shop if you are looking to have any of your electronics fixed. This includes all your apple products as well! I will never be going to apple for any fixes in the future. They did such an amazing job fixing my mac book that I had spilled milk on. I 10/10 recommend them.

Replaced the glass cover and screen for my iphone 14 pro max at a reasonable price. The gentleman even installed for me a free screen protector. He knows his work, and is very humble and kind. Give this place a try if you’re looking for great service by knowledgeable staff and getting your devices fixed quickly and efficiently.
