La pire entreprise de service. Même après avoir annulé le contrat 9 mois à l’avance (il demande 3 mois d’avis) Audatex continue a envoyer des factures et faire des prélèvements bancaires. Les responsables sont des incapables. Une plainte à la protection du consommateur est déposée et un avis juridique suivra sous peu. Ne vous embarquer pas avec cette entreprise. Il y a des alternatives avec un meilleur service.

I don't think i could be any less impressed with how they manage "customer service". Of course, what do they care about the shops operating the systems when they are driven in the back end by insurance companies. I've never spent so much time on hold and being transferred to other departments or account managers to whom do not return calls, emails, or can even answer questions.

Contact me. I'd love to speak with someone this year about the laundry list of issues I've been having with all of your buggy unfinished software that costs me more than a mortgage every month.

Terrible company with horrible tech support staff.

If you're a dealer looking for a great DMS for your salespeople to use avoid this company.

Their app is currently glitched with all Android devices and I have had this issue for over 7 months with no reasonable support on it.

The tech agents I sent my ticket to couldn't "duplicate it" yet my Solera sales rep installed the app on an android device and duplicated it immediately.

Company can't fix it and doesn't seem interested in doing so.

Being able to properly document and follow up leads from a mobile device in 2024 is extremely important and if you're a manager you know your sales team following up is hard enough.

Imagine not having the tool working properly on top of that.

Avoid this company at all costs as there are significantly better options out there.

Terribly deceitful. They call pretending to be a buyer but they really just want to sell their service. I got suspicious based on the uninformed automotive questions being asked. When I asked the simple “Are you a buyer? Are you interested in purchasing my vehicle?” the agent was full of attitude - I hung up and blocked their number.

Harass you with multiple calls about your car posting inquiring about features for their own data collections. They lie about being interested when asking and say “no no, this is just where I work but I am interested”. What a sleezy way to run a business. At least be up front.

The estimating is far , but absolutely can not get hold of any one in account department. Haven't had service in 6 months and still getting billed. I guess it's death do you part . 🤪 😜 🤪

as far as I can tell this is a consumer survey company that calls you when you list your car on autotrader, not sure who they sell the info for but they are sneaky about pretending to say they are going to connect you with someone interested. there is no buyer, they just want the information, hang up when you hear the noisy call centre in the background
