Worked remotely with Ash L from dehumidified Air Services. Ash provided me with exceptional startup assistance on a PCP-3535 PoolPak stack Pack for a VA hospital in MA, We were only doing a partial startup to get air and heat moving in the space until the pool can be filled.
We were able to go through and check over the entire system in preparation for the full startup.
Very knowledgeable of the product and a pleasure to work with.

Came up for some training and was very impressed with the trainer! Kosta was a great instructor...kept the attention of all the students which isn't easy when it's a class full of pipefitters!!! Great job Kosta!!! They also sell a solid product.

They want $300 an hour for field support. To talk on the phone about fault codes that are not in the manual they want $300. Parts are incredibly expensive too. Can I rate this lower? Stay away unless you want excessively high repair bills on equipment that usually sits in a caustic environment and frequently breaks.
