I've never had an issue with my computer that Southampton Computers was unable to fix. I'm no longer based in New Brunswick, but still find it's both faster and more reliable to send my laptop to be serviced at Southampton than to have it "fixed" locally. I've also been super grateful for timely and friendly remote support from Robin. Would highly recommend!

Not particularly helpful, friendly or knowledgeable. I dropped by with a faulty external drive (which was crashing my computer) to see if there was anything they could do to help or try to recover the files. "No, there's nothing we can do." And that was the end of it.

Long term client. We have had the great privilege of dealing with many staff from SHC for many years, but Jamie M has been our main contact for the majority of our technical support and maintenance. The level of service and professionalism we receive exceeds that of any other local computer business. I have personally tried several shops in the area over the last 15 years and none are on par with South Hampton.

Southampton Computers saved us from a catastrophic failure when our old server from a previous provider quit. Their techs were on-site almost immediately and worked late into the evening to setup and configure a NEW server we were able to use the next day with little or no downtime. Fantastic !

Southampton Computers did a great job to make an old and outdated drawing program work flawlessly on a new computer. I can use old drawings (25 years old) and update them as well as create new drawings.

There are many new drawing programs, but for my purposes, I have yet to find anything that can match the ease of use and quality I can produce.

My Clients love my drawings and call them Hi-Tech "Etch-A-Sketch".
