I visited to ask for a new SIM card to fix my RCS issue when I ported to Telus. Unfortunately before allowing me to have the new SIM they poked through my phone for 35 minutes trying the same things I already did to fix the issue (and did not work). But in addition they ended up deleting my payment cards from Google wallet which caught me off guard later that day when I was at the grocery store without my wallet. They also deleted over 6 years of Google location history without asking which I use to keep track of memories of various trips. If they had just given me a new SIM card as I had asked when I walked in, none of this would have been an issue.
