I wanted to order a desk bike for improving my work from home setup, and after trying to contact the American manufacturer directly without success, I started looking for a Canadian business to help me out. After much googling, I choose Special Needs because they had the best price in CAD dollars and because Brenda answered my questions clearly and promptly.

I ordered the bike through their website and when the site store charged me a few extra bucks for shipping (compared to what I was quoted by email) Brenda quickly helped make sure I was refunded the difference.

There were some serious issues with UPS delivering my desk bike (US mail system seems barely functional right now eek) but Brenda and Victoria took the time over the past three weeks(!! Thanks UPS) to help me resolve the situation, at no additional cost to me. They went above and beyond, and made me feel valued as a customer. I really appreciate their efforts and attention to detail. Thanks again ladies!

Terry is my hero. I couldn’t get the CNIB to return a call, email or letter. Months have passed and no response. With one email Terry was able to navigate that woeful place and get my senior, highly disabled mother some adaptive technology, hopefully while she still lives. Working with CNIB one can lose their mind, but Terry is a gem - so helpful and knowledgeable. START HERE!!!

Brenda did not deal with customers or adversity well. Terry is very polite. There were a few issues with my order (mostly with the supplier) but Terry gave me a full refund and was very apologetic.
