Un bel endroit une église qui a été changée pour être un siège social d'une compagnie. C'est un très bel espace pour organiser des événements surtout pour le domaine entrepreneurial. L'occupant des lieux est vraiment très ouvert et surtout très généreux. J'ai du la chance de participer à un événement et c'était vraiment très très bien organisé

However, this has been accompanied by the adoption of a flawed strategy to reduce the workforce annually, leading to unfortunate and severe consequences. The same errors have been repeated consistently over the years, with little evidence of lessons learned. Overhiring can result in a lack of sufficient responsibilities and tasks, ultimately decreasing productivity and motivation within the workplace. Additionally, employees may feel undervalued in their roles, a key factor contributing to turnover.

There is a pervasive sense of insecurity within the company, causing it to be viewed unfavourably by many.

Furthermore, a sense of competition among employees working on the same team, driven by a "who finds it first" mentality, has fostered a toxic atmosphere that undermines collaboration and team cohesion.

Came for their open house and saw some of the great VR technology they are working with. Lots of people so didn't get a chance to try it out. Maybe next time. The people there were very friendly and would be great to work with.
