I had an extremely positive experience buying shoes this morning from a sweet young Punjabi girl named Ramandeep. She showed me various different kinds of footwear that I was interested in and helped me narrow down my choice to ones I took eventually took home. I didn’t realize my shoe size 10 wasn’t always going to be just right - I had to get a slightly larger 10.5 size to get the best fit for these shoes. She gave me absolutely sterling service. Fantastic service from the gentleman I dealt with today. I had seen this store had two styles of shoe I wanted to grab. So I made the trek down to bridgewater and asked the guy if he could get them for me.

He delivered right away in the correct size. Super friendly service!

I purchased a pair of Sketchers walking shoes for my wife and unfortunately they were out of stock in her size. They kindly ordered a pair that was to ship directly to our home. Today she received an email that they had been delivered. That was not the case. She had to contact the shipper the store and finally the head office. The best they could do was could do was look into it and would likely let us know by Friday. This is certainly not the service I would expect from a big chain. We will know better next time we go shopping for any kind of sports equipment.

Employee followed me around the whole store right behind my back said I was just trying to look over 7 times would not leave me alone to look so just left. Don't know if they were judging and thinking I was going to steal with shorts and a tank top on or the costumer service is that bad

Excellent service from helpful employees, three of which asked at various times if I needed their help. I was looking for resistance bands and ankle weights to augment my home gym, and they had exactly what I wanted. Small but decent selection of home workout items including a good selection of resistance bands, padded mats, dumbbells, kettlebells (limited), gloves, yoga equipment, etc. Best of all, my purchase qualified me for 15% off and a $30 gift card.
