Went in to buy a MacBook had the absolute worst customer service they were extremely lazy. It took 10 minutes to actually get someone to open up. The MacBook cases will not be returning to the store. Store barely had anybody else into it and I saw several workers just standing there. When I did ask for help, the lady called for another man that never came 1/5

Print department Sandra did an amazing job helping me get my business cards ordered. Online did not work and she spent time to not only get them ordered but there was no rush to be done serving me. Even when other customers came to the counter she called for back up.

I needed a couple of documents bound and scanned to USB. Because I live so far away, Sandra stayed late and made sure that most of the job was done while I waited. The rest was completed by Lindsay who had it ready for pickup the next day. Excellent "old-school" customer service.

Two of this location's team members truly helped me through a tedious experience following the online ordering of some business collateral. Lindsay & Sandra were top notch at assisting me towards remedying the situation. The back end system faced some sort of discrepancy and both of these employees went above and beyond while having a solution oriented mindset to save the day.
