Don’t come often to Ontario, but when I do I always stop by here. Jordyn's service was a standout. Her expertise and helpfulness in guiding me through their products were exceptional. What truly made the experience memorable was her wonderful sense of humor and sweet personality, which added a unique and enjoyable dimension to my visit. Jordyn's ability to blend professionalism with a friendly, approachable demeanor is a remarkable asset to the Stash and Co team. Great staff service and products, but when I take the time to come to a retail business, during business hours, I expect it to be open.

Since I moved to Port Hope summer 2023, on no less than 10 occasions have I arrived to this location, only to see a “back at X o’clock” sign hanging in the door.

I understand that breaks are required by law, but there has to be a solution here so customers can know when they can expect a business to be available and not during posted business hours.

I’m done with this store until they publicly acknowledge when the breaks are going to happen every day, or they announce some sort of coverage shifts so I don’t waste my time driving to a locked up storefront during business hours.

Jordyn is the reason I keep coming here instead of going elsewhere. She constantly goes above and beyond and can’t do enough to help customers out. She’s knowledgeable, kind and patient. I keep coming back because she’s so great!

The staff seem knowledgeable enough and nice but on numerous occasions there has been a sign on the door informing clients that they will be back later. Is this a Stash & Co policy? How do you run a business like this!?

Walked 20 mins to grab some pre-rolls. Arrived to a sign that they would be closed for lunch and be back at 7:45pm.. when they closed at 9. We got there at 7:48 and don’t feel like waiting half an hour. Take your business elsewhere. Would give 0 stars if I could.

WOW ! I’m an everyday smoker , so that means I’m an every other day shopper here. I’m satisfied with the prices , averaging around great deals and fair for the quality you receive.
The selection is huge , and though you can’t see what you’re buying prior due to restrictions , The staff such as Allison are are pretty knowledgeable and willing to find out anything you need to know about the products.
The staff are awesome every time I come in , even though my last name sucks you all pronounce it awesome !
Totally will be back , 10/10 in my books!
