Took my bike in for repairs and was thoroughly impressed. I have used all the bike shops in Belleville. These guys are top notch and bike was done in no time. I have several bikes and all of them. Will see Stephen License for servicing. Well done guys!!

I can’t say enough about this store. They go above and beyond to satisfy Their customers. Only drawback is that they don’t carry a large variety of products and have limited quantity on the stuff to do carry. Had to order more product for me but came in fast and was called promptly for pickup. Will be ordering more very soon.

I love this store. The last time I went in I was looking for a jigsaw puzzle. There was a nice selection, much better than Chapters and there were puzzles that I'd never seen before, instead of rectangles they were in shapes. I wanted a more difficult one, but beautiful and found a beautiful one with wolves. While there I looked around, as I like to do and saw so many ideas for gifts, as well as the most beautiful bike that I hope to buy one day. Stephen's is so much more enjoyable to shop (or browse)than shopping at a mall. The staff are so pleasant and make time for you and there is even a store dog that greets everyone as they enter. There is free parking at the back I found out, which makes it even a better place to go. I highly recommend this store to everyone - give yourself a treat, turn off your cell phone and go in to walk around for an hour. It's like being transported back in time. You'll be happy you did and you might even want to take up a new hobby with all they have to choose from:)

It has been a very long time since I experienced quality service like I received at Stephen Licence Bicycles & Hobbies recently. It's no wonder this establishment has been in business as long as it has.
New to the cycling scene, Kevin offered an incredible bike, worked it into my limited budget, encouraged me to take it out for a test ride first, explained the gearing system in detail, gave some great advice about how to maintain it properly to save me unnecessary repairs in the future, reminded me to stop in anytime for free air and oil, and threw in a free bell before I headed out on the bike path for home. I bought one of their least expensive bikes and I was served as though I was purchasing one of their best.
I can't explain how refreshing it was to receive that old-fashioned quality service from friendly people who are passionate about their business and genuinely want to provide you with the most suitable product for you...and not simply try to make a sale!

I bought my bike here last year and they were very helpful. With the corona virus I wasn't able to bring my bike in within the year for a warranty check up, but when it had a wee accident, they put it under that check up, repaired it, cleaned it, and were extremely efficient and helpful. I guess that's why they've been in business for over 100 years!! Great expertise and customer service!

Went in to find an inner tube and I was surprised by the available stock. None of that Bell bs from Walmart, they have Maxxis and Parktool products for decent prices. I can't say anything regarding the bike service, but the people that helped me were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They did not try to get me to buy a more expensive product and recommended what they thought would fit my bike.
