Terrible school bus service. They use decrepit buses where the wheelchair lifts or something else breaks down on a weekly basis. Their scheduling changes on a whim with no notification to the parents, and they seem incapable of planning ahead such as during Eid. The drivers are very hit-and-miss and obviously paid well below what they should be. The customer service is often rude without warrant, maybe from being the brunt end of parents' dissatisfaction on a daily service. The whole operation smells of a company doing the absolute bare minimum because they have a juicy government contract.

My child has had over a half dozen bus drivers in the last year and a bit. That's when they could find them and didn't send him back and forth in a cab. Most of them have been horrible (not you Mr. George or Ms. Sidra, everyone misses you both). The latest one has threatened my child with being driven back to school, where there would be no adults, because I was less than two minutes late after attending a funeral. He also shows up early for pickup and waits only 30-45 seconds before starting to pull off.
If pickup is 8:05, why are you driving away at 8:01?
The lack of communication and empathy is absurd for someone whose job it is to work with children.

Literally the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. They made my special needs son wait in the cold for 40 mins and said they came and never came. They don’t know how to speak to people and they are literally never on time. One star is being beyond generous this company is a joke. Avoid this company at all costs, horrible customer service and no reliability what so ever! To think these people are responsible for our vulnerable loved ones is absolutely sickening!!!

The worst run business I have ever encountered. They make a promise to deliver children to school, but fail so often. Poor organization, poor communication, a failure on all fronts and employees who answer the phone are rude and blame you for their failures. Walk, drive, take a taxi or the TTC. You cannot rely on Stock East.

Drive 6 years for them. What people don't understand is that besides the pandemic in our city all the drivers are doing there best to do a great job. The inside staff is also doing their best to accommodate everyone. Picking up the phone to get yelled at is not productive. Teach your children patience. Your not a good role model for your children yelling at any company. Let the company do their job. It's like wearing to many hats in any company. No company is magic just trying to survive from the worst pendemic in history. Or at least one that took lives. Some drivers lives. Patience. Let all try to have some kind of empathy

Horrible transportation company. Driver is very rude, very disrespectful very poor communication between the company and drivers. We are always waiting for the driver to come on time always running late. And then parents get blamed for not being punctual. If there was an option to give negative points, I would give them -100.

My son is not having a bus for last 3 weeks due to not having any driver on his route. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable. He is not been able to attend school regularly due to this and his future is getting jeopardized. Such an awful experience in such an North American country. Highly disappointed. The staffs I guess are trained to misbehave while we call the company to get any sort of information.
