I have been with Storage Solutions for almost 5 years and I have been very very happy with the service. They have always been very helpful with any questions or concerns that I have had! My mom had a storage unit as well and when she passed away I had to take care of cancelling her unit and Glen made it a very easy process during that time which I was very grateful for. There has never been an issue or anything with my unit and I am very happy to know that it is always secure and always clean and well managed. I've had a great experience storing my belongings here. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The security gives me peace of mind, and it was kept warm during the winter. I haven't needed much customer service but they have answered the phone whenever I have needed. I found the pricing very reasonable compared to other options. Compared to other storage companies Storage Solutions is by far superior! Their Woodstock location is easily accessible, indoors, clean and they have everything you need to help make moving your items easier.
I love that their customer service is kind and easy to talk to, working with your needs. In addition, their pricing is reasonable and consistent which I LOVE!

Unexpectedly needed a storage unit ASAP one weekend. I was able to go on the website and secure a storage unit and gain access to it after hours. The entire experience and how easy it was, eased a large amount of sudden stress for me. The storage unit itself was impeccable. I have been beyond thrilled with the storage unit. I enjoy the peace of mind knowing it’s gated/secure. The storage unit is properly sealed and I have had no issues with water or pests. Highly recommend.

I've had a large unit with these guys since the summer and HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to store some stuff. The facility is clean, quiet, and climate controlled. They have a wide variety of sizes as well as outdoor shipping container style. The customer service both in-store and over the phone is exceptional.

When first deciding on a unit I went all over town to all the other facilities and storage solutions by far was the best choice.

Most everything can be done online for those who prefer not to deal face to face with people.

I was allowed temporary use (maybe 30 mins-an hour) of an empty unit so I could make space and reorganize my own stuff.

Guarantee if ever I need storage in the future this will be my first choice! And it should be yours too!!!

Storage Solutions have been beyond great right from day one. Glen was very attentive and very patient with me as I learned about how the storage process worked.
I started with a unit indoors. The first time I went I had no clue how storing your stuff worked. Even though it was almost 10pm when I phoned, Glen still gave me the time to explain what I was supposed to do, and he stayed on the phone until I was inside

. I’ve since moved to an outdoor unit for the additional space and the people at Storage Solutions were really helpful. Overall, not only are the staff nice but the entire place is pristine. The lot is well maintained and indoors is no different. They’re even environmentally friendly with motion sensing lights.
The security measures they have in place is reassuring as well. I have sentimental items stored. I want to make sure it’s all protected from other units and protected from outsiders coming in. The coded gate to get in, the separate code to get inside the warehouse, the regular inspections of each lock to make sure nothing’s tampered with.
I would highly recommend using Storage Solutions next time you need to store something.

Our move day was a hurricane winds from hell day and getting into the storage unit was simple and easy. We chose an indoor unit where we could back the truck right up to the door, and using it throughout the winter was a blessing too. Heated. Clean and easily accessible. Thanks for that!
