Excellent services and approach. Very professional touch from problem estimate to its solution. We have got a water on our basement floor and didn't see where it comes from. Denis came and located problem almost right-away. He explained us what happens, what should be done and how much it is gonna cost us. We called 3 other companies to compare the opinions and prices. Some of them could not locate the problem, some of them gave us unreasonable prices (I believe because of our neighbourhood). So we decided to go ahead with Strong Basements. We had wet basement in our house and it was a great problem for us, because we couldn't save anything there (we live in Toronto). First time we even didn't know what to do, because we wanted to use a basement in our house, but couldn't do it. But our neighbors recommend us to turn to Strong Basements. They have made a great job, it was a basement waterproofing in our house. It was a great service! But I have been surprised with good prices. Salesmen were not just doing their work, but also replied all the questions I had, and also explain me where the problem was. We called this company last spring when we suddenly discovered water in our basement after a rainy week. Strong Basements are said to be one the best in Toronto and now we can say they are indeed.
After we had called, the guys arrived, checked the situation and started working. They helped us to get rid of the water in our basement and suggested a safe basement waterproofing technique. The job was done quickly, efficiently and at a moderate price.
