I have been a client of Stronghold IT services for over 2 years and I cannot say enough good things about them! Every single technician I have had the pleasure of working with has been exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. They hire nothing but the best!
I consider Stronghold a partner, providing me guidance on strategic projects and recommending initiatives that will protect data and improve user experiences.
I trust their expertise and have full confidence in their security measures, fail safes and continuity of operations to support my organization. Typically, when you think of IT solutions, you may think of service providers who respond to problems. I am the CEO of a non-profit global company. I am not a tech guy which may be one of the reasons I'm so delighted that we can outsource our tech support to Stronghold. They are responsive, knowledgeable, willing to listen well to whatever issue is being experienced and then get it resolved quickly. Perhaps more than all that, they keep our systems running very well so that the problems we experience are minimum. I highly recommend Stronghold!

The company I work for contracts their services out and we routinely wait half a day or all day, if not multiple days for the correct people to get back to us to diagnose our issues.

Today, I called in at 9:30 AM and the representative was not able to help me diagnose an issue of not being able to see my emails on my Iphone (turned out to be a very simple fix). He said he'd have someone else get back to me and call me when he got in because he was "more experienced" with that type of issue. (You wouldn't think Emails on an I phone should not be a complicated issue for a "Professional technology team")

Had to call back myself 4 HOURS later (At 1:30 PM) to ask what was going on and finally spoke with someone that helped me.

Customer contact is poor, no one ever gets back to you in a timely manner and it often takes 3-4 representatives to diagnose what I think are pretty rudimentary tech issues.

Additionally, We've had another employee recently having issues with email not working on their computer and was told their "Ticket would be marked as priority". Apparently Priority means 48 hours later...
After then sitting on 2 phone calls; 1 being 55 minutes and another over an hour, they finally got it to work.

This is after many issues we've has with them as our tech support team. Steve has been the only person I've spoken with that is helpful and returns your calls. The very least, they could get back to you to let you know whats going on.

All our computer problems have disappeared. We have a great phone in help desk any of our staff can call for IT assistance when they need it. Stronghold works behind the scene to keep things running smoothly as well.
