Amazing service and very happy with the price and work completed. Went in to fix issue with LCD screen on MacBook Air M1. Computer was fixed promptly- earlier than expected date, screen operates and looks beautiful. Don’t let any of these other bad reviews stray you away, at Stroud they know what they are doing and they do it with skill and proficiency.

They tell you it'll be fixed but don't update you if there's issues during repair. Doesn't answer and avoids phone call from myself and my husband. Was told phone will be fixed next day but after calling and calling with no answers had to call and visit the store the next day. Decided not to get it repaired and they returned my phone in a worse state than when I brought it in. Called to speak to the technician just to ask a question and says he is on a call and to leave my name and number. Avoid at all costs. I will never recommend this store unfortunately.

Sent my son’s iPad in with a charging port issue and my laptop with a broken screen. They fixed both for a lot less then other ppl quoted me and had them done exactly when they said they would. Highly recommend using Stroudtech

Horrible experience with Stroudtech, Brought in my touchscreen laptop that had a hair line crack through the screen. Worked perfectly fine, but I’m picky and wanted the screen replaced. I was told a week by stroudtech for the repair, two weeks later still no computer, given the benefit of the doubt that delivery is taking a while since the screen apparently only comes from China, I be patient and wait for call updating me on my computer. Another two weeks goes by and no word from stroudtech, which at this point I’m loosing some patience. I call and stress to them I run my company off that computer and need it back, I’m told he needs the charging cord to test the machine. We finally find some time to bring the charging cord over to him, only to discover the screen replacement didn’t work and now my computer has no screen display at all. I wasn’t comfortable paying for a service that left me off worse then when I requested it, so he put my old screen back on which he obliterated in the process of removing it, I now have a broken computer, a screen that has broken shards of glass everywhere and need to figure out another solution to what seems to be a much bigger problem then I had when arriving to stroudtech. Too top it all off they charged me $150 to do a data recovery from an external hard drive. Left there feeling completely violated, I would not recommend to anyone.
Almost forgot….he did offer to retrieve the data off my now useless computer. Thanks for that.

My Laptop stopped functioning only showing the blue screen error. I brought it to Stroudtech for assistance. The tech went through my computer step by step and sourced the problem to a damaged hard drive. He communicated well, explained what he was doing and let me know the time to complete.
I am happy with the service provider and the cost was very reasonable. I recommend anyone with cookie issues to bring it to Stroudtech.

I’m so very grateful to have found Stroudtech Solutions. The service and staff there are top notch. I felt very welcomed and cared for the moment I first arrived at the shop with my data recovery issue. I had a micro SD card with family pictures on it that had not been saved or backed up anywhere else. I had previously tried to recover these files but had not had any success in doing so. This memory card was from my phone and had very important family pictures on it that I cared for very much. When I brought my SD card to Stroudtech and explained the situation to them, they took on the project with a sense of personal dedication. The technician could see how much this data meant to me and promised that he would do everything he possibly could to help me recover the data. The issue with the SD card wasn’t straight forward and required multiple attempts using different strategies to recover the pictures. A number of different data recovery techniques were used until one worked!!! I am very proud and very happy to say that the data was successfully recovered. I wanted to share this experience with others because I know how stressful it can be to have data that you aren’t able to access. I want to let everyone know that there’s hope!!! There’s software and hardware that can fix these issues and Stroudtech does it all. I highly recommend the team at Stroudtech Solutions for their honesty, support, guidance and technical savvy. I am deeply grateful and appreciative for the work that they’ve done for me and I will continue to go there for all of my computer and data recovery needs. Thank you Stroudtech Solutions!!!
