STEO has been provided our new address twice since moving on Deceber 21st. The kids have been on the bus for a week and all of a sudden the bus no longer stops for them. I contacted STEO and was treated very poorly and told "this is why I don't deal with parents"
I understand the cyber attack but they have been sent 2 notifications of our address and still sent the bus to our old address, where we had been told for over a year that we were not eligible for bussing. So frustrating.

The bus is virtually never on time. Worse than the lateness is the fact that it is often EARLY and will just leave!!! This forces us to get to the bus stop 10 min early (it has been 7 min early), and then often wait for a bus that’s 10+ min late!! 20+ minutes waiting for a bus in perfect weather is ridiculous. If drivers can’t be punctual, at least install GPS like an uber driver so we can watch where the buses are. Get it together.

Issue resolved!!!! Very poor sevice was hung up on twice and was call after hours, issue is still not resolved… heres a trick for u all. They have a policy that wont allow ur kids to be pick up and dropped off at two different addresses. BUT if ur separated or co parenting, and live at 2 addresses its no problem for the drop off and pick up locations to be different. Tip of the day

Its pretty sad when a grown Man Bus Driver has to bad mouth a 9yo child with mental disorder to other parents and boast how he has finally kicked said child off the bus when in actual fact we the parents removed the child off the bus because of how the Bus Driver was treating both our children. Do Better Surge!

Generally they get me home and to school every time. This time was different. I have a new bus driver this year. The kids we just talking in the bus, regular teenagers chatting etc. for some reason she did not like this, refused to let anyone off the bus and took us right back to the school. There, about 10 people asked to get off the bus, and she said no. I only got off because my mom came and picked me up right off the bus as the principal was coming outside. Awful experience, terrible driver with zero patience for a little noise on a bus . Even made some of us late for work. Martins 1284c

Id give 0 if i could. They are so poorly organized. Im sure they have their reasons, but this has to do with the safety of our children, therefore they should do better.

Obviously this is only student transportation so there's not a whole lot to be expected, but they've really messed up a couple times. One day my bus was an entire hour late to pick me up. Also my driver often shares some pretty controversial opinions with me and the other students on my bus (things like abortion and the trucker protests).
