I just got off the phone with Super Save. I received the usual excellent service, and it dawned on me that we have been using this company for propane delivery for over 12 years now. The delivery folks are always friendly to the in-laws and pets, and the customer service staff are always courteous and go out of their way to be helpful on the phone. I rarely if ever write reviews but thought this deserved a mention:)

It’s hard to know when they will deliver, we get missed deliveries, or they will only fill house and not the shop or shop and not the house despite the fact they are the same account and there is a note on the tanks asking them to fill both.
When you call to ask when they will show up, they only say “you’re in the queue” but can’t say what day they will deliver. They always say it’s because they have new drivers.
I’ve been dealing with this company for years but the service is getting worse each year.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Somehow always having problems with the delivery person, but they won't let you know why they couldn't fill up unless you contact them.

September 26,2022-
The tank was replaced without our knowledge.Here comes the bill of whopping $700+ . Our tanks are almost full before replacing it. We checked the receipt left by the door and it was 69% and 77% full. How come it was not reflected in our invoice and charged us 2 full tanks? Nothing has changed with Whitehorse staff,they are not helpful and rushing my husband to leave and did not even let him speak his side.

My husband came in their office to request for a propane blanket heater. We were freezing at -37 temperature last night and the only other source of heat we have are 2 small electric heaters. I called the next morning to report that our heaters our not working and ask if I can pick up the blanket. I don't know if it is my fault that I did not asked how many propane blankets available or is it too much for the lady to warn me that they don't have that much stock of blankets that I should pick it up as soon as I can?So, then my husband went there around 4:30pm to pick up it up and there was none left. My husband asked an advice on how can we get one or can you give an alternative? The front lady said"I don't have any legal advice". Woot! Do you have any illegal advice? The lady showed no compassion and sympathy with the unfortunate situation. Not even apologetic, that we should figured out ourselves on how not to freeze in the coldest temperature. The lady needs some course on how to have good customer service. We know you can't give us propane blankets at that time, but at least show some sympathy and care. You don't deserve that kind of job as you don't have that customer service skills. Damn rude!

The propane tanks were already here when I moved in 5 years ago. I've came so close a few times to get them removed and get superior propane to put tanks here. Your reviews are all pretty much the same as mine . I've had numerous problems with them over the years. You never know when they are coming to fill your tanks, I usually have to call and say hello I'm down to 10 percent . Then I get a reply saying we're busy we'll try to get there as soon as possible. I've tried to get on a monthly top up program, they say they can't do that. I asked if I can get a another tank, they said I'd have to pay for the hook up from a certified propane tech. Yesterday was the first time I called and said I'm almost out of propane, I was shocked to see them there the same day I called. I definitely think they should get there %$#@ together.

When you have to start phoning to see when they are going to deliver your propane and always get the same answer "your on the list for next week" it's time to start thinking about changing your propane company. I called last week and was told just this. Well it's Friday of the next week and had to phone again and was told the same thing. This happened last year as well,. When we made the phone call today we were told "stuff happens " . They have now put us on the delivery list for next week. I really hope we don't run out over the weekend, I can imagine the run around we'll get then.

Tanks are almost empty, called them yesterday and were told it was going to be handed over to the dispatcher. Guess what, they still haven't showed up. Call to remind them and they act like the victims. Have been customers for 7 years. This is a regular occurrence. It was a huge mistake to sign up with them.
