My furnace died spectacularly on a Friday night in the winter. House was freezing. Someone showed up in just over an hour. They didn't have the part needed, but he went above and beyond to try to source one locally through his supply contacts. It ended up having to be ordered monday morning, but I was kept in the loop the whole time, and it came in Tuesday morning and was replaced by Tuesday afternoon.

They exceeded my expectations with how fast this problem got fixed. Huge weight off my shoulders, fantastic service 👏

Dryden is the only place this Company is registered, but they operate all over the province - I had bad experience with them in Niagara. They claim on their website to have "fully licensed plumbers" , "each of skilled plumbers have years of experience", but they sent to me a first year apprentice who couldn't unplug the kitchen sink or slow draining bathroom sink, suggested very expensive options (flushing entire stack - over $3,000 or replacing portion of the pipe - over $4,000), he misled us about asbestos that were unnecessarily removed ($1,600) because he didn't locate the correct pipe... We contacted another plumber who fixed everything in short time for $300 - no flushing, no pipe replacing, just skilled work. I was trying to talk to someone in charge, but they operate here from a fake address, different names of "manager" or "supervisor" are suggested and of course nobody calls back. If I knew more and if I've read Better Business Bureau's site reviews, I would never let them into my house. Got fooled by great reviews that they are buying for $30 a piece (positive only, of course).

Our heat just went out during the below zero temps. Called for emergency service on a our furnace purchased and installed with Superior . We were rudely told they really do not service Sioux Lookout any longer and maybe they would be out in two weeks. A lot of good that will do us. Thank you for your customer service promised at the time of our purchase!! Buyers beware.

Had a wonderful experience with the installation of our furnace and with the main workers!
But the secretary was lacking in customer service. Very rude, and almost condescending at times. Made us feel like we were foolish to ask questions.
So great experience with the main people, but not so good with the secretary at the front desk.

Propane furnace stopped working a few days ago.... technician was here in less than one hour , got the furnace restarted and has been running good since.
