I had a warranty recall with HP printer and they sent me a replacement. However there was no waybill or return label. The replacement printer paperwork stated if the original printer wasn't returned within 10 business days I would be billed the full amount for a new printer.

Shouldn't be a problem getting a waybill to ship it back as I had all the documentation and the entire process was smooth until then.

After being on the phone seven times - sometimes for nearly an hour and speaking with a total of 15 different people I had no waybill. Of the 15 HP employees, three told me the label would be emailed within 24hrs from their "label return department", and one said it would be about 10 minutes. The other 12 couldn't transfer me or give me wrong advice as quickly as they could.

As a last resort I went to Tamarack and explained my predicament. Even though it wasn't there problem, Dana volunteered to use her HP business contacts to try and secure a waybill. After three days or her trying and getting some of the same responses she volunteered to take the printer and get it shipped to the correct location.

I would encourage anyone with IT needs to stop by and if they can't help they will point you in the right direction.

Moved from Edm a week ago. Could not get my computer working for the life of me. Called Tamarack Computers & a very kind, helpful lady helped me. A technician may be available tomorrow or the day after she explained. I explained how this is my job & urgent. Lo & behold Alberto was here within 40 mins after my call. Superior service, kind & patient with me. Highly recommend this company. Thank you all, đŸ€—

We went there to get our data recovered from a hard drive, they said they could do it, but later the called us and said that they couldn't.

They still charged us $150, and did absolutely nothing

Would give them 0 stars if possible

Only shop you need for your Computer related issues. Good thing is, if they can’t do it themselves they will still find a solution for you.
