If you get a puppy and you find yourself 'crying in a bathtub, with a glass of wine' level stressed, I would highly recommend Team Fido Dog Training.

Life with Limbo was 1000% more managable after some quick tips from Cindy. I feel like she genuinely cares about providing you with personalized help for whatever issues you may be experiencing, even in a group class setting. She always takes the time to check in to make sure you have the information you need to be successful with your pet.

I feel like a significantly more confident and capable dog owner now than I was 4 weeks ago.

Cindy is truly the best in the biz! I have a sweet rescue tripawd pup, Cooper, and I was careful when choosing where to bring him for training. Cindy has years of experience with all kinds of dogs, and it’s clear. She knows that they’re all different, but they deserve positive love and support. Everything she trains is from a positive, reward-based training method. Cooper was part of the SMART dog class, which was 4 weeks long. We practiced many things from sit, stay, come, leave it, etc. Cindy gives you worksheets after each class which are extremely helpful & we’ll continue to use to reinforce what we learned. Cooper was very happy in the space, and loved trying the little obstacle type course Cindy created in the final class with ‘graduation’. I’m so proud of my lil boy lol!!

What more can I say? I’d highly recommend Cindy & Team Fido, and hope to be back for some other classes/walks in the future! Thank you!!!!!

I’ve been taking my chihuahua to Cindy’s ever since he was a few months old, and have enrolled him in classes from pup kindergarten, life skills, to small breed playgroup and Cindy and Ali have provided the most professional, and helpful service! Positive based training at its finest. Developing connections before concepts and absolutely NO punishment/aversion training.

I was looking for a dog trainer that used positive reinforcement. From running a dog rescue for several years and being involved in the rescue community including taking SAFER courses through rescue and multiple courses/lectures I have seen so many punishment type trainers regress the dog even further into behaviour issues time and time again.

Team FIDO uses positive based training and has a wealth of knowledge. I always tell people good work takes time and sometimes positive based learning is slower for some dogs than what other trainers “gimmicks”/punishment does, but, do you want it done right or quick? Highly recommend this team to help you do things the right way.
