When we decided to purchase a cottage on a lake, I had no idea who to contact in the Parry Sound District. I randomly picked a guy named Jim Marshall.
We had no idea what to expect from a random selection. So this guy showed us a few places within our budget and he also showed us a few places that our place could look like. Those places were out of our range.
The long and short of it is that Jim listened to our dreams of owning lakefront property and directed us in the direction that he felt we would like to go. At one point Jim even talked us out of purchasing one of the places that we liked. Good thing he did as we finally found our dream location and since then we currently reside there.
Jim displayed honesty, integrity, and was there for us all the way.

We worked with Jim in recently finding and purchasing our first home, and the experience was nothing short of seamless and as enjoyable as can be (if that’s the wording you’d use for navigating buying a home lol).
