Ali Kahn was superbly patient, professional and methodical in fixing a Gmail issue I had after it was hacked last week. He thoroughly laid out the key areas and apps which needed to be re-set or cancelled (my request). He spent over 4 hours on my issues and set me up on a secure VPN app to protect me in the future.
I feel absolutely confident that Ali can identify and resolve any issues. I highly recommend him to anyone with laptop or cell phone security issues. I wish Ali all the best in continuing to grow his business. He certainly deserves it!

The techs here were very kind and helpful through every step of the way. I came to them with an iphone 13 for a screen replacement and they replaced it within 45 minutes. I had to return to their store because the screen they put on seemed to be a faulty part with what looked like a lens flare on it and they immediately exchanged it to an entirely new brand of screen. They could not have known the part was faulty when they were installing it and were able to get it fixed up for me. There were slight communication issues because I called the day after it was fixed and the time they told me would be okay to come in, there wasn't a technician there so I had to go back the next day. This was probably a minor communication issue on their end and is unlikely something that would happen again or at least often. Overall I am very happy with their service and their prices are lower than other tech shops I considered.

Just picked up a computer from Tech Repair Guys and I’m super happy with it. The staff was really friendly and helpful—they didn’t rush me and answered all my questions. The whole process was easy and stress-free.
So far, the computer is running great. No complaints at all.

After reading reviews I went to these guys to try and update my old GarminRV 760. I was unable to do it myself. It badly needed updating. They were able troubleshoot the problem and fix it for me in a timely manner at the agreed price which I found to be very reasonable. Will definitely be back if I have any other “tech” issues.

Both times that I came to this shop, I had exceptional experiences. Ali helped me purchase a very sturdy iPhone case which protected it from my 7 grandchildren from rough usage. It also was very functional on my last boat cruise where I needed to take my phone/camera out rapidly and often... it survived my constant drops on the floor!

Omair was my rep on my second visit and he noticed I was frazzled and in a hurry. He brought me water so I could hydrate. He remained very patient when I explained that my daughter had no cartridge for her printer and had to leave the next day for Philadelphia on a business trip to give an important presentation. He was willing to order in the cartridge for me but when he realized time was of the essence, he actually took the time to write down the name of two places where I might be able to find the product. Now that is customer service!
(He also reminded me that my daughter might need paper. Good suggestion!)
