Amazing!! He helped me out the same day to fix a home security panel. Very patient, kind and definitely a problem solver! The first try didn't work but when I went back he gave me my money back and continued to try and solve the issue. He didn't give up and had the security panel back up and running smoothly in 1 day. I just came here to get my Macbook Pro keyboard fixed because I spilled coffee onto the keyboard while I was in class! Luckily he's open late and was quick to respond and help out! I was so scared for my laptop but I received it in fixed condition even though it was a pretty difficult situation.

The rate given to me was very affordable, he was very friendly and I don't know about that other woman who made that rating but for me I felt completely comfortable and respected! I will be letting other people know about him if they ever have problems with their laptops 🙂

Did a good job fixing liquid damage and replacing parts on the mobo. In the end the device was inoperable despite the work done and money spent, which is totally understandable given the damage. Had others verify that nothing more could be done with my laptop, which is unfortunate, but he did all that could be done.

My only real complaint is that I spent over an hour waiting at his residence during business hours for service and had to bother his family in order to wake him up, in which he was not particularly well mannered or apologetic afterwards.

Overall would still recommend for serious issues.
