Took my laptop here because I was having issues with charging. Ray and Lily are extremely kind and knowledgeable. They clearly explained to me what they believed the issue could be and how they would go about resolving it, and in my case that was to have the battery replaced.

They had it fixed in 2 days which included the one day shipping for the battery. When I arrived to pick it up, Ray explained to me exactly what he had done and even showed me pictures of his work.

I cannot say enough good things about their expertise and especially their kindness, and would highly recomend them to anyone who requires any form of computer service.
