We would highly recommend Techno Metal Post Hamilton-Durham. We have a 40 year old pole barn that was sinking at one end. Techno Post recommended putting in helical piles to replace the 4 posts that were sinking. They were also able to raise the sinking wall to its original height. James did an excellent job. He was on time and very friendly. He put in extra hours to make sure everything was done just as Rachael had quoted . We are very pleased with the end result.

This was my first experience with helical piles. My experience with this company was positive in every way, and I would recommend them:
-when the engineer providing the design for my foundation included some over-the-top specifications, Derek from Techno Post warned me that this would increase the cost of the work he would need to do, and that it was likely not necessary. He advised me to talk to the engineer. This was successful and we were then able to proceed with the original plan. Derek could have let that go and just increased his fee, but didn't do that
-Christian, the installer, was a great and hard-working guy who was very good at working through a couple of details with me on site to ensure good results. I was impressed by, and did not expect, the trouble he went to, to ensure that his machinery did not damage my lawn in any way
-the post caps originally supplied by Techno Post were not appropriate for my project, and the company responded by providing me with appropriate replacements the following morning, without hesitation

Technopost did an excellent job for my home deck project. Easy to work with and very easy to schedule for the installation. As an Architect. I would highly recommend Rachael and her team for outstanding and professional work.

Techno Metal Post has been great to work with on our projects! Rachael is always super helpful and kind and really makes it easy to work with Techno Post. I have had nothing but great experiences with all office staff. The whole install team is great too, the guys are always friendly and professional and install the piles with great care and accuracy.

Our company has poured a lot of concrete piers for decks and in doing so damaged a lot of turf. When Techno post leaves our jobsites there is next to no ground damage saving us tons of time in dirt clean up and turf repair. After experiencing working with Techno Metal post I have no plans on ever pouring concrete for decks again. I look forward to working with Techno post on all of our upcoming deck projects!

I would love to give the biggest thank you to Rachael Doric. That stopped and saw my mother and daughter in a ditch. After slipping on snow. Stopping to see if they were ok and calling her colleagues to help rescue them and take them out of the ditch. I would also like to say thank you to the other two gentlemen that came and helped when Rachael reached out. I appreciate what you did for my mother and daughter so much beyond words. The last company left us hanging so we called Techno Metal Post Hamilton, and as soon as I talked to Rachael I new it was the right place to help us.
Early the day they agreed and quickly after we called, Pascal and Kris showed up.
These two guys were amazing! Pascal assured me he would get all our Helical's in with such confidence, and boy did he deliver! Pascal and Kris were so polite and they worked so well together, reading off one another knowing what the other needed. Their work ethic was impressive. When the work was done they cleaned up like they were never there. These hard working and knowledgeable guys always had a trick to buy pass any obstacle in their way to get those Helical's in , it was incredible to watch, you could tell they we re experienced. We re so thankful we called Techno Metal Post Hamilton and again thank you so much Rachael, Pascal and Kris you made us one happy and thankful customer

Got 3 posts installed perfectly by Pascal yesterday. All leveled and perfectly lining. One post hit a rock at about 36" depth but Pascal managed to still keep right at the marked location, it is a pleasure to watch him working and deal with him, very nice fellow.
Derek and Samantha were also very pleasant and accommodating. Job done professionally and haslle free. Thank you.
