Amazing, quick service! Got my surface book battery replaced by the TechOS Technician on site after being turned away by several other repair places. He got the parts ordered and replaced the battery with a matter of days, and was always quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend!!

Khalid is the computer repair guy you're looking for. Quick turn around, trustworthy, and very reasonable prices. My computer wouldn't turn on after a power outage, and I suspected that the power supply got fried. I called Memory Express and there was a 2 week wait, and they were not taking any precautions. You would have to bring it into the shop and would have to pay in person with credit card. So, I called around and found TechOS. I explained the problem and he said he could take a look it that same day. We arranged for him to text when he arrived so I could put the tower out front. He came up wearing a mask, sanitized the computer, and then took it away. That evening he sent me a text with a photo from his testing device showing that the power supply was indeed dead. He said he'd pick up a replacement tomorrow, install it, and bring the computer back. Payment was contact-less through e-transfer, and Khalid was very communicative via text about what time he'd be coming and we made arrangements for him to drop it off at the front door again. He again wore a mask and sanitized the tower. I am happy to have found a computer repair guy I can trust and will be calling him for any future repair jobs.

I called TechOS because my MacBook Air was dying. The case was actually bowing out and the battery was acting really weird. Khalid was quickly able to diagnose the problem. He ordered a battery and did the repair within a couple of days. Not only that, be he picked up and delivered too! The price was also very reasonable - much less than I would've had to pay, to replace my 2017 MacBook Air. Highly recommended.
