I had the pleasure of meeting Conrad M at Techy Stoney Creek and this gentleman was excellent. My lady Friend got 2 new batteries for her Samsung tablet and phone. Conrad did a great job and gave us helpful hints and was very gracious with his time. Highly recommend anyone needing help with their devices to see Conrad M at Techy Stoney Creek. !!!!

Today, I had a chance to talk to the "new guy" at the store.
The previous guy, from what I understand, was removed due to many complaints.

The new guy (I'm not sure if I'm allowed to mention his name) really knows his stuff. He's got experience, knowledge and as important, is really nice to talk to. There's no "sketchy" attitude from him at all!

I'm a tech, but I don't work on cell phones. If I needed something done, I wouldn't hesitate at all to have HIM do the repair!

Good on Techy for seeing a problem with one of its franchises and taking action to resolve it!

We were traveling to USA and my lighting cable for my iPhone was crushed by my snowy shoes. I was planning to buy new one, Conrad employee at the store checked out the cable and cleaned out for me and also cleaned out the iPhone where I insert the cable so it doesn’t get dirty with salty snow.
I will definitely recommend every one to check this location for your needs.

Originally I reviews this shop for it's quick service, immediately handling my cell phone case need.

I did have to change my review because of being mislead by the employee regarding the case I needed.

I needed a case that could be used with the mag charger I use for my phone and he told me the case he was recommending was one to use with gag charging and, sadly, it was not.

I would like to believe he was possibly just misinformed regarding the model of case and not just saying what I wanted to hear so he could make the sale.

Regardless, I had to change the review to reflect this.

This is a fantastic shop. They have me a great deal replacing my screens on my Samsung S22Ultra and S23Ultra. By far the best deal put there! It was fixed in a timely manner and the end product was perfect! They are friendly and answered all my questions. Best prices on screen protectors too!! Great place with great service!!!

I went to Techy at Walmart Stoney Creek and Ronak was so patient and helpful. I highly recommend him for all your electronic repairs. He was so polite and gave great advice. He has excellent customer service skills and he should be getting a raise for doing such a superior job. Call him especially if you’re older as he’s very patient and able to talk my language as I’m not technically inclined!
