As I do rely on these reviews to help guide my assessment regarding who to call for support, an average 5 rating suggested Tektronix was the right place to call. Upon mutliple calls the last one even suggesting a quick text message if he is unable to do the work, after more than a week I still have not had a response. Although I can't comment on the actual work, I can comment on an extremely poor customer experience. I can only assume this lack of interaction is a symptom of a poor attitude towards potential customers. Not good.

I am going to gush about this company and my utterly fantastic experience. Let's start with John. Dedicated, Master of problem solving, over the top helpful, fast and a wealth of knowledge.
My Rig is built by an independent company who worked with John, so my warranty remains intact. Had an issue that was a brain twister and John buckled up and found the problem.

I am so grateful for all the help and support and I can't recommend this service enough. 24 hour turnaround in my case and my PC is 100% perfection.

I've had a pleasant experience dealing with John. He is honest, professional, and most importantly, the outcome of his work matters to him personally. I went to him with a seemingly hopeless situation. He did not raise my expectations in the beginning, but got the work done superbly and saved me the cost of having to buy a new laptop.

One of the most helpful and honest computer repair businesses I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I sent an email with my issue and listed the different troubleshooting methods I had attempted, and I requested that Tektronics take it in and look at it. Instead of taking in my laptop, I received an honest response back, stating that it sounded like there was not much left I could do. After a few emails back and forth, I received great advice that helped guide me through the issue, and I was ultimately able to save my computer.

Very fast responses, and very honest business owner. I will definitely come back for any future issues I encounter.

During the pandemic tech support needs for home office work, has been in high demand. My wife found John Miller at Tektroniks. He was not only very quick to respond he managed to fix 3 of our laptops. I thought my old computer was ready for recycling - John managed to bring all our computers to their original condition. I emailed Tektroniks asking for a quote to diagnose and repair my computer. They had very good reviews which is why I decided to contact them. Expecting a costly fix, Tektroniks emailed me some instructions on how to further diagnose and fix my problems. It helped I'm a bit more computer savvy than the average person but their instructions worked. Tektroniks gave me free advice to fix my computer when I was willing to pay for them to do it. You won't find quality service like this anywhere else.
