I dropped my phone today and needed a new phone ASAP. Theresa was friendly, knowledgeable and worked efficiently to find the best solution for me. She was patient while we tried to troubleshoot a Google security issue. She followed up with me when she said she would too and took care of EVERYTHING. Outstanding customer service!

Three staff and all of them sat at their desks on their phones, one had her feet practically on the desk.

They barely acknowledged us. When I said I wanted to buy a phone the girls ignored me, once they realized that the other ones won’t be helping, one finally asked for my info.
She couldn’t pull up my information, and offer no solutions to help.
This is the third time this location had disappointed me, will be buying directly from Walmart or online.
PS called Telus and they could pull up my account right away. There was no issues with it.

Store has no reason to be open had a bring it back phone that was bought at that location went to bring it back and was met with rudeness and absolutely no will to help all i got was everything is online and thats all they would say...
Cant take my phone there to send out for repairs cant go there to bring it back cant go there to get a new phone as they only ever have 1 option to choose and refuse to bring anything else in. WALMART IS BETTER TO GO FOR PHONES THAN THE ACTUAL TELUS LOCATION WHAT A JOKE!!!

PhoneCo gave my family and I amazing service! I went in dreading activating three new lines for my teenagers, not only did they make my experience a good one, they were also able to make my monthly service plan affordable. The rep I dealt with was knowledgeable, personable, and really took the time to explain everything in a way we I could understand. They had a great selection of accessories at a really affordable price. I would recommend PhoneCo to my friends and family any day!
