The staff at this store are amazing. They were allways understanding after my 6 visits over a few months before i finally decided to get the dream tv and stereo. They will take care of you and make sure you leave satisfied. Support local

I went to the store for holidays to trade in my phone and upgrade as a bring it back option. Now a month later, I realize they didn't even order phone for me and due to that, all the sale options are out the window. AND I have to pay 200$ because my bring it back amount got charged due to the fact no one actually put an order in for my phone to get traded. Very bad customer service and experience in general. Probably will never go back here. Just order online if you can and save yourself the trouble of being totally let down by trusting them to know what they are doing. Hope this helps someone else to avoid being in the same position.

Hailey and her co-worker Hannah made me feel really welcomed and comfortable in the store. They both brought a really positive energy to the normally terrible experience of changing phone plans. But most importantly, Hailey is very knowledgeable and continued to work to get me the best deal possible and truly advocate for my best interest over the phone with representatives. So kind and she really cares about her customers. I would 100% recommend her to anyone dealing with Telus or Koodo in Yellowknife. on a side note, I usually try to see managers, because they generally have more pulling power but he is NEVER there! I tried almost for a week straight to get in contact with him but never got an answer from him? They said he exists, but he has yet to be seen or heard from... thankfully Hailey and Hannah keep the store running!

Hailey is the most amazing customer service representative I have ever dealt with. She made me feel at ease by explaining everything in detail, and finding the best option for my household. I would recommend that if anyone is thinking of getting new phones to go directly to her.

I didn't feel welcome, they gave me the impression I was begging for service. I wanted a new phone plan, but was surprised to be told that a $40 service fee would be charged if the client rep helped me. I understood that the better option was to shop online because the fee would be waived. Surprise, surprise !

Polite staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. The new management really spruced the place up and breathed life into it. Rates are I think comparable to Bell but offers differ and the smaller store usually leads to quick help and you get to know the people helping you.
