I started using Tenantcube about 6 months ago and would highly recommend to a landlord of any size! The pricing structure caters very well to how many units you operate so it is feasible for the small/mid size landlords alike the large ones too!

Their platform is very simple and easy to use, and it also includes a number of features that simplify the process such as internal credit checks, applications, renters insurance links, etc.

The automated payment feature is another very desirable aspect of this platform, it takes the guess work out of who has or has not paid and ensures everything ends up in your bank and is tracked as well.

Finally, the most important part is the support that Tenant Cube offers. Their support chat on the website is always staffed and ready to help, and they mitigate problems within 1-3 hours no matter the time or day.

Tenantcube is a fantastic software platform if you are looking for a solid and sophisticated (and fast!) property management software solution for your rental properties. Since I prefer to self-manage my properties, I've been looking for a software solution for several years but wasn't able to find anything that worked for my operations. I'm very excited to have found Tenantcube and I can't wait for some of the game changing upgrades and features that are in the pipeline.
