Just got off the phone with their support team. I've been a customer for a couple of years and now I'm moving... The stress of moving is already enough but now having to contact customers and let everyone know... a nightmare on top of everything. We were signed up with high hopes. The sales rep explained to us that there is no contract and would consistently try and impress us so that we don't cancel. We were given a software that wasn't fully developed, it was beyond tedious and buggy to use. They released several different versions of the software in a short period of time, however there didn't seem to be much of a change except for the look of the dashboard. After a year of not using it due to its inability to do the basic rental company functions, we cancelled as the promises to developer grew old. They denied refunding any money and we got zero use out of the software.

Horrible customer service. Stephen would not take the time to read what I was saying in my conversation. He kept repeating the same answer that directly went against everything I explained. He would rather tell me that me and my customers are idiots, then look into the issue.

It is not common for one of our customers to have this issue at any time, let alone 3 customers over one weekend. Stephen just blew off my concerns
