I absolutely love this place, we recently tried the Vietnamese sausage and it is literally to die for. We were told that it’s the sausage of the month so it might not come back. This is absolutely disheartening it should be a year round thing because it was so freaking good. Made a great and easy meal to add on vermicelli. My parents who are from out of town and counting on buying a bunch when they come back because it was that good! Buy all the Vietnamese sausage people so it doesn’t disappear!

This is a business of a group of people who really care about what they do and it shows in their passion and knowledge every visit. Plus they run an amazing raw food program for dogs. Customer service is always stellar, like above and beyond. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. This is what local small business done right looks like.

I was gifted a beef wellington for the holidays and it was very very good. Out of the package , unthawed , 35 mins in the oven at 350. It was the bomb ! We'll done people.

The guys here are awesome, the meat is incredible for an incredible price & they always go above & beyond to keep their customers happy. I’ll never buy meat from a grocery store again (& the eggs are phenomenal too)

Great quality meats. Their in house made marinated chicken and sausages are so delicious. The staff know their product and take pride in what they do. They know the ranches and even the stud bulls where their meat comes from. Super helpful and friendly staff.

Hats off to the butchers at The Butchery Block.
We bought ham on the bone and it was the most delicious piece of meat that we have ever had.
We had so many meals off of it and, I think, better value $ per lb than a turkey. Tasty cuts of meat take craftsmanship- knowledge, skill and passion for your craft. Well done!

The guys who work here are great. I’m sure the meat is fantastic. Came in here to check it out for the first time and was impressed by the array of ready to eat meats and other frozen items. There are a couple of issues however. The pizza I bought here that they get from Coco Brooks, specifically the San Pedro Egg, had an expiry date of May 19, 2022. I bought the pizza on February 28, 2023. I respectfully sent an email to them addressing this and that they may want to pull the product from their freezer and also to ask them if I could possibly trade it for a different pizza, and no reply. It is now March 21st, a full 20 days since I emailed them and radio silence. Another thing I didn’t notice until today and why I decided to write this review was the expiry of the ready to eat sausages I also purchased. Since the garlic sausage was frozen when purchased, I kept it in my freezer since then. When I pulled it out to defrost I saw that the expiry date on it was back in January. I’m sure it would be fine especially if it has been frozen from the day it was made but there is no way of knowing that. When you see the date it was processed and the expiry date from 2 months ago, it is extremely off putting. You would never see this at grocery stores so I wouldn’t expect this to be the standard either for a smaller run store. Overall, my first time there will also be my last and will make sure to continue to tell others to check the dates closely prior to purchasing anything, it’s just a huge waste especially with food costs nowadays to purchase food that ultimately gets thrown out due to fear of getting sick from it.
