I worked with this amazing Company and I appreciate the office staff’s efforts, such a wonderful staff from HR team to co-ordinators everyone is great. Excellent personal support workers provided by Support Company. I was in a serious of serious motor vehicle accidents with catastrophic impairments one of which is a broken chest. I use many personal support workers and all are professional , supportive , kind, friendly and very helpful to me. Privilege and honour to provide feedback.

My wife and I could not be more impressed with The Care Company and its people - they actually CARE! They jumped into action on short notice to help with post-surgical care, and then have provided ongoing support for each time slot we have requested it. The people are genuine and down to earth and we have been thrilled to have them come help. We recommend them unconditionally!

I turned to The Care Company when an unexpected and urgent need arose. From my first contact, every single aspect of the experience was excellent. All the administrative and supervisory staff were completely professional and efficient, but equally importantly they were caring, helpful, understanding and accommodating. The team of caregivers they assembled at very short notice were all lovely: warm, kind, thoughtful and well-trained. The scheduling and financial arrangements were smoothly and efficiently handled. The ongoing supervision and the followup were also outstanding. I can recommend The Care Company unreservedly. I will certainly turn to them again for help in the future.

Working with Jen and Elena at The Care Company has been a wonderful experience from start to finish! After a hospital stay, my mom needed some extra help and they worked at lightening speed to get her supported. Jen was wonderful when she came for her assessment and sent us Elena who was just a dream. Kind, gentle, and always looking for something else to do. I think she genuinely enjoyed spending time with my mom and the feeling was mutual! We will not hesitate to call on them again in the future as needed! Thank you so much! Suzanne and Wendy <3
