Jonathan recently did a terrific job helping me after a disastrous upgrade to my older iMac. I was especially pleased that he explained options and took time to answer my questions and advise me. He also dug up years of lost emails stashed in folders - incredibly thankful for that! Friendly prompt service, great communication and reasonable fees - highly recommended!!

I'm a decently knowledgeable guy when it comes to computers, but Jonathan has time and again saved me from myself when working on my PC, and has been able to pinpoint some tricky hardware failures for me.

I've learned that if I can't figure it out, to reach out and Jonathan will be able to save me time and frustration.

We've been bringing our Apple products to Jonathan for a few years and the service has always been top notch. Given that Apple has made their newer models almost impossible to repair, we were not optimistic when my wife's 2 year old Macbook Pro died. Our first stop was the Apple store where we learned that being (just) out of warranty, in the unlikely event that they could fix it, the cost was frustratingly outrageous (we were encouraged to buy a new laptop)
We then contacted Jonathan and although he advised us that it didn't sound good & most likely not recoverable, he offered to have a look for a very reasonable diagnostic fee. He and his team then worked their magic and brought the laptop back to life with all data fully intact - for a fee way under Apple's estimate.
It's difficult to find trustworthy and capable Apple repair services these days. We feel fortunate to have found The Computer People and will continue to bring our devices to Jonathan when they need repair.
