To simply give this shop a 5 star review would be selling the owner short. I have never experienced such customer service in many years. Mellisa made me look like a rock star this Valentine’s Day even though I’m from out of town. After chatting to her the morning after Valentine’s Day to talk about a small miscommunication, she sent over a gift bag packed full of treats to my girlfriend right before she checked out of her hotel to drive back home from out visit when I was away at work. She literally went waaaaaaay overboard and I could not thank her enough.
I miss customer service like this.
A good life lesson to anyone reading this…if you ever had an issue or concern, call the business first before posting a reivew and have a chat. You never know what will come of it. In this case, it could not have worked out any better.

This place is a rip off. Ordered an arrangement for over $100, didn't get anything near what I asked for. After 1 day they were wilting. Contacted owner to get what I ordered, she said sure I'll send a new arrangement. That never happened and then she changed her mind & said I will offer you a 10% dismount on your next order. I will never order from her again.

Have never been disappointed by this shop. Not only with what I've received from there but what I've seen others have received as well. This owner certainly puts genuine focus and pride into her arrangements. She has a great selection from other local vendors for small gift ideas as well to compliment the flower products. This is our first stop for any occasion.

The floral boutique has so much to offer beyond just flowers and I absolutely love going in to see what’s new. I’ve had the luxury of having some of the flower arrangements from this shop and they are always stunning and flowers don’t wilt within 48 hrs. Lots of variability and whomever the store owner is, is clearly really creative.

Excellent service! I went in Saturday at 11am and needed 4 special floral arrangements asap! They jumped to it and had them done within an hour. I was very impressed. Such a great small business to have in Blackfalds. I'll be back soon! Thank you again to the Floral Boutique of Blackfalds.

They did an amazing job on flowers I ordered for a 50th Anniversary. I was so pleased!! They even aced the cake flowers on the cake for us and added flowers to make it perfect!! They were wonferful to deal with through the whole process!! SUPPORT LOCAL BLACKFALDS, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!
